Difficult to control; inconvenient updating. The app behaves unpredictably, often freezes when trying to control it. Worse, the app updated for 3 minutes while I was trying to follow something on camera, causing me to miss a critical moment. i cannot replay the section of video during the time of the update. The app should prompt you before an update; it doesn't.

horrible app. audio does not work on the app. the audio button stays grayed out. audio works fine from a Windows pc. app video lags all the time and is way to slow to load. cpu usage is under 50%, yet it lags horribly all the time, whether connected to home network via wifi or out on 5g. when I try to submit feedback the app just crashes. complete waste of money. they don't allow the option of not using raid when multiple hdds are installed. unifi unvr and unifi protect are just junk.

App works good, you can see previous videos and what's taken place. Only complaint is that you can't choose a personal notification sound, your stuck with the default that sounds like a lot of other apps, so much for a good warning that an unwanted person may be at your home. Even Eufy has a list of sounds to choose from, even different ones for different cameras! This is just a software issue that should be easy to accomplish!
